Guayaquil Mayor Nebot unveiled two questions for the possible popular consultation

Through a popular act in the center of Guayaquil, the questions that will be part of the possible popular consultation promoted by the City Hall, with the aim to know whether or not the bus fares will be increased.

With the attendance of the Mayor of Guayaquil, Jaime Nebot, and 396 organizations, the two questions that will be made to the Guayaquileans were presented.

The questions are: do you consider that in the current conditions the service of public transport provided through urban buses in Guayaquil, the fare rises?, and, do you consider that after the reformation of the service system of urban public buses in Guayaquil, and transport operators acquire new units or the existing ones significantly improve, a $ 0.05 of fare increases should be recognized?

Additionally, it was emphasized that in any case the special rate that currently have students, people with special abilities and seniorswill not be altered.
