Holograms Serve Passengers at Airports
Technology keeps surprising us, now we can see holograms in Manchester and Luton airports.
John and Julie were the first holograms installed, they are friendly, attractive and were added to the Manchester Airport staff to give information to passengers before boarding. For example, they provide information on safety standards in the handling of liquids in hand luggage.
In London’s Luton Airport, holograms Holly and Graham joined the security team on Monday. Gly Jones, airport director, said that this mechanism has streamlined the screening of passengers.
The measure was implemented because
passengers are still carrying liquids despite the existence of modules of information on security measures.
Holly, Graham, John and Julie were created with the same technology that Gorillaz band uses.
