'Smokin Joe' Frazier
Joe Frazier, the former heavy weight champion, the same one that defeated Muhammad Ali for the first time died today due to a liver cancer. He was 67-years-old.
During 70’s Frazier faced Ali in three memorable combats. The former champion spent his last days in a care home for terminally ill people after being diagnosed of the cancer that claimed his life.
‘Smokin Joe’ was a small, but ferocious fighter that assailed his opponents with several punches including his famous left hook. Frazier passed away on November 08, 2011. (AV)
