According to the website elnuevoherald.com, it has been set a new date for the hearing to which Justin Bieber shall appear after being charged for driving under narcotics effects and resisting to an arrest. Judge William Altfield ordered the new date after the artist’s lawyerMark Shapiro and prosecutor David Gilbert, requested three weeks to reach an agreement, after which a date for the trial could be set.
