Luis Noboa Asks for Transparency

As one more fan, candidate for the presidency of Barcelona, Luis Noboa thanked Barcelona fans. However, he, like many other truly fans wonder: where does the money go?

The fans showed their support to Barcelona after filling the Monumental stadium in the famous “Noche Amarilla.” Noboa asked the managers of the team to make public the amounts collected and the purposes for which they would be used.

Noboa asked for transparency to the managers, this is one of the fundamental pillars that he would offer to Barcelona fans.

Barcelona would visit his Machala followers, and after the fans of Guayaquil filled the stadium, the yellow team expects that Machala can show their feelings towards Barcelona and fill the stadium too.
