Famous actor Mel Gibson will not go to prison for the supposed charges of bad treatments to his former couple, Oksana Grigorieva. Last Friday the California Justice informed that after an agreement with the district attorney, a decision was made and the charges of gender violence will not be used.
Gibson, 55, will be on three years of probation. The actor will have to attend a program for violence management and will perform 16 hours of community service. He will also have to pay a fine of $400.
In January of 2010, Grigorieva, with whom he is currently fighting the custody of their child, Lucia, accused the actor with assault charges. (AV)
