Members who will verify the requirements to appoint a new procurator were assigned

The president of the Council for Citizen Participation, Fernando Cedeño, appointed on January 5 the members of the technical team that will verify the requirements and prohibitions of the members of the triad that was sent by the Executive branch for thedesignation of the new procurator.

The members are Edgar Peñafiel, Juan Carlos Fernández, Neiser Ninabanda, Gabriela Toral, Sandra Ibújez and Diego Molina. They have three days, counting from their inauguration to prepare the verification report of requirements of candidates Diego García Carrión, Elsa Santos Karolys and Marcos Arteaga Valenzuela.

According to the regulations of the process, in the event that any candidate does not meet the requirements, they will communicat itto the president so he submits another application within a period of three days from the notification.
