Mintel works on finding alternatives to solve network failures

Regarding the intermittence of the Internet service, especially of Netlife and TVCable, the Ministry of Telecommunications (Mintel) indicated that by being a complex intervention, the solution will depend on the conditions of the high seas. “However, Mintel, together with the operators, works on the search for alternative links to restore the service in the shortest possible time,” the agency said (I).
