Pedro Delgado Does Not Have an Economist Title
Pedro Delgado Campana, president of the Central Bank of Ecuador (BCE) and legal representative of the Management Unit of Public Right, did not present a third degree title to have access to a mastership in Business Economy in the Central American Institute of Business Administration (Incae for its Spanish acronym) of Costa Rica.
Clever Jimenez, assemblymen of Pachakutik, showed the file of Delgado, which proves that in the files of Incae, the title of the course made since September 1991 to June 1993 and a certificate of Banking Administration, also in Incae, from September 28, 1987 to June 17, 1988.
In this document, instead of a third degree title there is a record of grades obtained in Universidad Catolica of Quito, which does not correspond to a graduation certificate. This way Jimenez assured that “definitely there is no economy title, a fundamental requisite to carry out a mastership, which is worth to a fourth degree title of education.”
The assemblyman announced that tomorrow he will ask the Prosecutor office that broaden its denounce regarding this subject.
