Pedro Delgado faces more lawsuits

Fernando Aguirre, Assemblyman of Sociedad Patriotica, filed a complaint with the attorney for the alleged crime of embezzlement, illicit enrichment, perjury, forgery and counterfeiting title roles.

In his four-page complaint, Aguirre requested provisional measures against Pedro Delgado. Among them is the blocking of its domestic and international bank accounts. However, these events occurred before Delgado departed last Thursday to Miami, his ticket confirms that his return is scheduled for the 6th of January. Authorities said Delgado’s travel was planned due to the marriage of his son.

Moreover, the director of INCAE, Arturo Condo, said that if a student, upon registration, does not have the graduate degree he can deliver it later, but it is a prerequisite to obtain the master’s degree within the Incae.
