Pedro Delgado obtained his fake degree in Costa Rica

On declarations with El Universo Newspaper, Juan Carlos Carmigniani, Attorney to the self-exiled Pedro Delgado, revealed that the cousin of President Correa obtained, 22 years ago, the fake economist degree in Costa Rica.

The fake economist and Master’s degree,served Delgado to exert a long public career, in which he held important positions in various governments. For 22 years he has worked as an international economic consultant. Delgado took up residence in Miami with his family until 2006, when he came to Ecuador in the government of his cousin Rafael Correa, in which he was appointed Chairman of the Central Bank of Ecuador and the Trust No More Impunity.
