Posted On 28 Mar 2012
Pope Benedict XVI arrived this Wednesday to the square that represents the sanctuary of the Cuban revolution; there he performed a mass that marked the end of his visit to Cuba.
The Pope’s next appointment is with the former president Fidel Castro, however no time has been specified. The Vatican informed that the Pontiff awaits the confirmation of Castro to meet with him.
The Holy Pope reached the square in the Pope-mobile, where minutes before the president Raul Castro had arrived. Hundreds of people greeted the Pope from afar.
