President Noboa delivered 400 property titles
The President of the Republic, Daniel Noboa, delivered 400 property titles and agricultural inputs to small and medium-sized producers and scholarships in Cotopaxi, this Tuesday, June 4, 2024.

Property titles correspond to agricultural benefits for small and medium producers. With these titles, agricultural producers will access several benefits. Among them facilities to access credits.
At the Cantonal Agricultural Center “Quinta Locoa”, the Head of State will deliver the documents to successful bidders who contribute to the productive reactivation of agriculture.
This initiative belongs to the Rural Land and Ancestral Territories Regularization Project, with the purpose of promoting the legal security of rural properties on a national scale, through an organized and definitive regularization aimed at their economic growth. Other inputs will also be provided for farmers.
So far this year, the National Government has delivered 6,358 property titles.
Meanwhile, the delivery of scholarships will be for third-level studies for technical and technological training oriented to agriculture, forestry, fishing, veterinary medicine; health and well-being, among other areas. This event will be at the Cotopaxi Higher Technological Institute. More than 1,200 young people will benefit. The scholarship covers tuition and fees 100% corresponding to the total value of the degree.
