Rafael Correa recognizes that 2015 will have external complications
President Rafael Correa said this Wednesday in his twitter account that 2015 will be “a great year” for the country despite the “external complications.”
The new yearis expected to havecomplicationsin economic terms because theoil selling is one ofthe main sources ofincome of the country.
“A wonderful 2015 to everyone. That will depend mainly on ourselves.We have accomplished much these almost eight years. Nothing has been granted to us for free. We have done it witheffort, ability, patriotism, and even though 2015comeshard,we will move forward,” Correa said inhis Twitter account.
He added that Ecuador “have changed, but there is much more still. When winds of change come, the mediocres build walls and the visionaries wind mills.”
“The same of always will continue with their walls, but many more will be our mills. They can rob us anything but hope! Despite external complications, it will be a great year, and nothing will stop the country’s progress. Till the victory ever!,” were the words of the President.
