The official detailed the protocol that the institution follows so that relatives of those killed by covid-19 can carry out this procedure . “We have implemented a protocol between the Ministry of Public Health and the IESS so that the family member does not have the need to approach our offices. Let us remember that the relatives of the deceased by covid-19 must be in an epidemiological fence and that is why the registration is done directly online between the health houses and the Civil Registry ”.
He also referred to the procedure to be followed by the relatives of deceased from other causes to carry out this same procedure . The first step “is that the family member must have the death registration form.” This is signed by the doctor, either from the family or from a health center.
