Roberto Wright: “we must distinguish between prevention and drug rehabilitation”

Roberto Wright, instructor of behavioral addictions, said that we must distinguish between prevention and rehabilitation of addictions, the first should be a state policy, including the drug issue as a matter of studies in schools; regarding the second question, rehabilitation, it´s okay, but experiential counselors should be part of this program.
