Russia closes import market to countries that sanctioned it

Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree to prohibit or restrict the entry of products from countries that have joined the sanctions against Moscow for the conflict that exists in Ukraine.
“Russia will adopt a total ban on imports of beef, pork, vegetables, fruits, poultry, fish, cheese, milk and dairy” from the European Union, the United States, Australia, Canada and Norway, announced the Russian Prime Minister Dmitri Medvedev.
Since yesterday it is restricted the entry to Russian territory of agricultural products, food and raw materials from the countries aligned to the sanctions policy of Washington and Brussels.
It is expected that the recently approved measures are effective for one year.
