Santiago Leon leads the Ministry of Production

Santiago Leon, current director of the National Customs of Ecuador (SENAE for its Spanish acronym), is the one who will replace Nathalie Cely at the Ministry of Production, Employment and Competitiveness. Cely has a new post as ambassador of Ecuador to the United States.

Cely said “you are in good company, with an institutionalized ministry that will be managed by a talented and committed young people as Santiago Leon (…)”.

Last week all Government Cabinet ministers put their resignations to President Rafael Correa.
