Slight rise in oil prices

Yesterday a barrel of light sweet crude (WTI) for August delivery gained 21 cents to settle at $ 50.36 in the New York Mercantile Exchange.
In London, a barrel of North Sea Brent for September delivery gained 39 cents, reaching $ 57.04.
