Soccer Congress Began at the FEF Facilities

The board of the Federación Ecuatoriana de Futbol (FEF) began with its ordinary session to analyze the new norms for the regulations of the Ecuadorian national championship of 2011.

The tournament system will be the same that was used on 2010. This is one of the subjects to be treated and certified weeks earlier. Another subject of the analysis is to determine the juvenile category of players that on 2010 was the Sub. 19.
