Support to the popular and solidarity economy is defined with an agreement

PROECUADOR, assigned to the Ministry of Foreign Trade, yesterday concluded an agreement with the Institute of Popular and Solidarity Economy (IEPS), also assigned to the Ministry of Economic Inclusion, to give technical assistance and information on export processes to that sector.
It is expected to increase by 30% the amount of exports of the popular and solidarity economy. In this sector are included exporters of bananas, cocoa and processed products, jewelry, among others, that reach the US, Germany, France, Sweden, UK, Turkey, according to Victor Jurado, executive director of PROECUADOR.
