The Teniente Hugo Ortiz Avenue blocked the intersection with the Cabo Iturralde street (south) to Baltazar Loaiza street in La Magdalena.

The hailstorm covered about two blocks from the Teniente Hugo Ortiz Avenue in both directions of the Avenue.

Two cars, a taxi and a private car, were trapped in the ice at 16:20 approximately.
