Tomorrow will be held the draw for the World Cup 2014

While Ecuador has reviewed alternatives to choose a venue and has a first option, the draw will take place tomorrow to define how groups will be formed and to know who  will face who in the first phase.

This week, the coach of the Ecuadorian national team, Reinaldo Rueda and Vinicio Luna, head of logistics, made a visit to the southern Brazilian city, Caxias do Sul, looking to select it as the seat of concentration of the Tricolour.

According to Luna, is a sure thing  the choosing of Caxias do Sul as a preparation spot for Ecuador. ” We like it here. We were in Sao Paulo, Goias, Rio de Janeiro, but we like it her,  its better . We’re going to stay here, regardless of where we have to play ,” he said.

The presence of Rueda also reinforces the interest of the delegation to stay in this town, located 1,900 kilometres from the capital Brasilia. “We only need the draw,” said the coach.

Rueda and Luna were received by officials of the municipality of Caxias, who accompanied them on tours to the sports fields and informed them that the city belongs to the state of Rio Grande do Sul, founded on June 20, 1890.
