Two internet operators in Ecuador, Grupo TVCable and Netlife, alert their users of inconveniences in their internet services.
The Ecuadorian company Grupo TVCable reported this morning that its users experienced since yesterday problems of slowness, interminency and collapse of the service due to a submarine cable connection cut on the Ecuador-Panama route.
In a statement posted on its Twitter account, the group indicates that this inconvenience “escapes our control” and regrets the inconveniences to its users; The company indicates that it is working to “overcome this inconvenience in the shortest possible time.” (I).
