Vice President of Ecuador reports the validation of his thesis by Espol

Jorge Glas Espinel, the recently elected Ecuadorian vice president, informed about the test result that committees of the Polytechnic School of the Coast (Espol) carry out about his graduation process, including his thesis. This result is in a letter dated to May 14 and was released on Wednesday by a government official means.
Glas Espinel addressed to Sergio Flores, president of the Espol, noting that the conclusions of the document highlights the graduation report “it was constructed by using memories of a relevant professional work, which can be attributed to a contribution of worth engineering, recognized in an international publication as a study case.”
Months ago, Glas Espinel was accused of plagiarizing 50% of his thesis, using the Internet site known as “el rincon del vago.” However, now the vice president who despite having requested it “as a private citizen,” when he was Minister of Strategic Sectors, to start a criminal investigation, but no one recognized any complaint against him.
According to his letter, the Ecuadorian Institute of Intellectual Property, the State Attorney General and the National Court of Justice dismissed the charges against him.
