The vice president indicated that to comply with this designation she has requested support from international entities, which is why she sent letters to the UN Secretary and the embassies of Israel, the United States and China. Abad maintained that accepting this assignment is “for the benefit of the people and to guarantee constitutional stability,” and that for her the country is always “above any misunderstanding.”

Regarding the personnel with whom he will work in Israel, Abad indicated that he is waiting to know the details about the restructuring of the Vice Presidency in order to know who he will count on to fulfill this designation. As such, he indicated that he will wait until November 30, 2023 to obtain the information that will allow him to carry out his work in Israel.

The Second President took the opportunity to refer to the rumors that have been generated against her, especially on social networks, and accused the media of videos taken without context, that do not belong to her, and that do not go hand in hand with the proposals. of the now president Daniel Noboa.
