World summit brings together banana chain

Guayaquil hosts the eighth edition of the World Banana Summit, organized by the Association of Zamoranos del Litoral, the Association of Graduates of the Escuela de Agricultura de la Region Tropical Humeda (Agearth-Ecuador) and Expoplaza. Scientists, entrepreneurs and productive associations of the banana chain attended the event, which is also a trade fair made up by 50 companies.

15 international experts take part in the Banana Summit 2017, who share their knowledge on research and phytosanitary advances, crop protection, banana management, plantation renewal, corporate responsibility, and competitiveness. (I)
