37 fallecidos en accidente de autobús

La madrugada del viernes, un autobús cayó por un abismo en la vía Flavio Alfaro-El Carmen, a la altura del sector de Crespa.

De las 83 personas que viajaban en el bus, 46 resultaron heridas y 37 perdieron sus vidas.

Aun se desconoce las causas del accidente, sin embargo, uno de los sobrevivientes indicó que sucedió a raíz de una falla en la caja de cambios y los frenos. “El conductor intentó hacer una maniobra pero perdió el control y el vehículo salió de la vía, cayó por un precipicio de unos 200 metros de altura y chocó con un árbol y una peña”, dijo.
