Atty. Washington Pesantez Rejected Accusations Made by Amores

Attorney Washington Pesántez denied all accusations made by the assemblywoman Betty Amores and said that he was never consulted about the contents for the referendum promoted by the Executive branch.
Pesántez rejected Amores’ statements accusing him of having participated in the drafting of questions four and five. Pesántez said the accusation is baseless.
In this regard, he noted that there are two options: Amores is wrong “or its intelligence services have failed once again,” he said in comments broadcasted by Radio Pública.
