Earthquake in Italy
So far 10 people were killed in the 5,8 magnitude earthquake that struck northern Italy on Tuesday.
The tremor is registering three aftershocks since its inception, the event occurred nine days after an earthquake struck the same region, which killed seven people.
Tuesday’s quake was centered in the province of Modena, near Bolonia. The cities of Mirandola and Cavezzo were the closest to the epicenter, reported civil protection authorities.
Some buildings that were damaged last week were again affected, and some train services have been suspended due security reasons, and high Speed trains from Bologna to Milan and Florence, among others, are traveling at lower speeds. (MZ)
