Guayaquil will add Five More Shooping Malls to its List

Plaza Colonia. With an investment of USD 2 million, this building will open in October on the road to the coast.

Five new stores will debut this year in Guayaquil: Blue Coast Business Center, La Piazza Ciudad Celeste, La Piazza La Joya, Plaza Colonia and Global Center, of which the first two are currently operating. The remaining three are still under construction.

On the way to the coast, at kilometer 12, the Blue Coast Business Center is located. It opened last March with an investment of $ 2.5 million, and it has 77 businesses and offices.

Less than 100 yards away from there, the Plaza Colonia is being finished. With a $ 2 million investment, this project will have 17 commercial offices.

It is expected to begin operations in October, to make its offices serve more than 120 000 inhabitants of the towns bordering the road to the coast. (MZ)
