The actors that participated in the movie had no idea that they were part of propaganda against the Islam, where Mohammed is portrayed as thief called Master George that sexually abuses children. In the sacred book of Coran, it has forbidden any portrayal of Mohammed.

Sam Bacile, the alias that the director of the filmed used, made believe the actors that it was a movie about a common Egyptian of two thousand years ago.

Cindy Lee Garcia, a Californian actress, made a small part in the film, in which she delivered her daughter to Mohammed so he could marry her. After a phone interview with Gawker, Garcia ratified that she had no idea of the true purpose of the film.
