Preventive Prison Order for Glas Viejo Alleged Rapist of a Minor

Judge Edgar Macias gave a preventive order for Jorge Glas Viejo who is now running from the law after he was charged with rape for the alleged abuse of a minor that now has a seven-month son.

The hearing lasted for an hour, the petition made by the Prosecutors office to press charges against Glas Viejo. The police personal only allowed the entrance of the minor’s mother.

Against this measure there were several complaints, specially from the attorney Maritza Bravo Viteri, advocate of the applicant. Ten minutes later she allowed entering the hearing. AV
