Four powers go to the semifinals in the Confederations Cup

Four world champions will play the semifinals of the Confederations Cup since yesterday Spain defeated Nigeria 3 – 0 and Uruguay dis the same before Tahiti 8 – 0. The red team and the Charruas joined Brazil and Italy from Group A to the qualifiers.

Uruguay will play on Wednesday in Belo Horizonte and Spain and Italy will play on Thursday in Fortaleza.

The day was predictable, but Spain had it easy against Nigeria, despite the score, during the game the Africans came close to scoring on several occasions.

Spain, with the victory over Nigeria, completes  28 games without losing. Meanwhile, Uruguay, which used some alternate players, won without any problems against Tahiti 8 – 0 in Recife.
