Antonio de la Rua loses lawsuit against Shakira

Today, Colombian singer won a lawsuit against her ex-boyfriend, businessman Antonio De la Rua, after the failure of a court in Geneva.

The court rejected the request of the son of former president of Argentina, Fernando De la Rua, in order to have access to the Colombian artist bank account.

He also confirmed that Shakira is the sole owner of the account, even though her ex boyfriend ensure that the money in her bank account belonged to both him and the singer.

In 2011 the couple ended their engagement after a decade. De la Rua claims being the responsible for the fame of the “Hips Do not Lie” singer.
