Atletico Nacional is the champion of Colombia

Yesterday Atletico Nacional became the opening champion of the Colombian tournament’s, after defeating with a final score of 2-0 the Independiente of Santa Fe at El Campin stadium in Bogota.

The goals came from Jefferson Duque, in the 38th minute, and Luis Fernando Mosquera, at the minute 83. El Nacional, directed by Juan Carlos Osorio, won the title number twelve for Antioquia.

In the first match, played in Medellin, the teams reached a goalless draw. With that achievement Atletico Nacional qualified for the Copa Libertadores 2014.
