Rafael Correa leaves to the Unasur summit

The regime leader Rafael Correa, traveled yesterday to Suriname to attend the VII Summit of the Union of South American Nations (UNASUR), which will take place today in Paramaribo.

Through his Twitter account, Correa reported his journey to the Surinamese capital on a flight that took off from the international airport of the city of Latacunga.

“Taking off from Latacunga to Paramaribo, to the summit of UNASUR. See you soon,” said Correa with a tweet. Correa had initially scheduled to travel this Friday to Surinam, where Ricardo Patiño, his foreign minister waits for him.

During the VII Summit of UNASUR, Peru deliver the temporary presidency of the block to Suriname; Correa announced that he’ll seize the moment with his South American colleagues to propose the creation “urgent” a regional arbitration center.

On Tuesday, the regime leader said it was “something urgent, arbitration centers. Hopefully they’ll understand that one way to submit to the capital are the centers of arbitration (international), where everything is a function of the multinationals and that fleece to the States.”
