Today is the opening of the IV Biennial of Painting `Alvaro Noboa Ponton´

Today, at 19:00, in the Luis Noboa Naranjo Museum, located in downtown, the IV Biennial of Painting “Álvaro Noboa”, will be inaugurated, whose main theme is `The Bible.´ About 100 works from various parts of the world and within the country have been accepted.

In parallel with this event, the first Biennial of Poetry will take place, where the Chilean Julio Corbalán, who won the first place, will be awarded. A fashion show is also foreseen in the evening, where designs by María del Mar Proaño will be exhibited, Proaño has done creations related to Biblic characters.
