Funds Law will be postponed until September

After the meeting on Sunday, August 17, between the President Rafael Correa, the President of the Assembly Gabriela Rivadeneira (PAIS), and the delegation of the pre visional funds, the processing and approval of the project would be postponed at least until next September.

The Assemblyman member of the Commission of the Workers Fausto Cayambe (AP) yesterday, August 19, said that the report for the second debate will be ready in about four weeks (second week of September), because they will listen to the administrators and stakeholders of the 54 funds.

Today, August 20, the Legislative Commission plans to meet to formalize a ‘socialization schedule” which will be established in the coming weeks on this draft law.
