Local movement requests revocation of three AP assemblymen

The Health and Labor movement requested the revocation the Assembly members of Alianza PAIS (AP) who represent the constituency 3 of Guayas: Juan Carlos Cassinelli, Christian Viteri and Nicolás Issa.

The director of the movement, Luis Serrano, handed on March 10 the order to the Provincial Electoral Delegation with documentation he claims is eligible to make the process viable.

Serrano affirmed that the ruling party members incurred three grounds: failure to comply with the work plan, the audit and procedures for accountability.

“They have not submitted a single draft law or code to the Assembly of the work plan they promised when they were candidates,” said the leader while showing some notifications of the legislature.

The head of the delegation, Gonzalo Díaz, reported that the aforementioned will be notified today, so within seven days, they submit their dispute.
