Paper giants will be a tourist route in Guayaquil

30 artisans from the suburbs of Guayaquil are driving this effort to convert the display of new year´s eve puppets (paper giants) in a tourist route in the city
Many have the desire to see the suburb as the neighborhood of giant puppets. José Cedeño, one of the pioneers of the giant puppets, is involved in a project with the Municipal Company of Tourism and Civic Promotion in order tho set a route with the addresses of each artwork.
The idea driven by the tourism company is that artisans start making the paper giants, with the presentation of sketches. They will begin in October and will end on December 24, the exhibition will take place from December 25 until January 6.
