The Panamericana clinic dismisses 50% of its staff for nonpayment of the government

Carrying posters and shouting “We want our money!,” A group of employees of the Panamericana clinic claimed their outstanding salaries. The protesters also demanded a compensation for unfair dismissal.

Yahaira Franco, a nurse who worked in the health center for four years, demanded this. She told daily Expreso that yesterday morning when she was finishing her night shift at the intensive care unit she found no person to replace her. Then she was notified that her name was on the list of people who no longer belonged to the company.
