Judge accepts lawsuit filed by Correa against five officers of the Navy

Judge Alexandra Perez Mayorga accepted the lawsuit filed by Correa against five officers of the Navy that did not admit the process of disciplinary proceedings against Lieutenant Commander Edwin Ortega, and ordered the suspension of the officers.

On Wednesday August 31, at 15:00, the audience of the case of the lawsuit filed by President Rafael Correa against the five Navy officers, will be held. The judge accepted the lawsuit filed by the president last August 26.
