The National Council of Telecommunications, CONATEL informed that since February 2^nd, mobile airtime will not have a date of expiration.

 Telecommunications Minister, Jaime Guerrero, stated in an interview: “Air time should last until the user decides to use all his/her minutes, not until the operator decition” also stressed that it is a civil rightand by virtue of the body made ​​the decision.
