Alecksey Mosquera trial preparatory hearing and three more defendants accused of alleged money laundering

In the National Court of Justice (CNJ), the trial preparatory hearing against Alecksey Mosquera, Antonio Mosquera, Marcelo Endara and Santiago Játiva, implicated in the alleged crime of money laundering, began.
The Attorney General of the State, Carlos Baca Mancheno, also attends the stage. At the hearing it will be resolved if the Ex-Minister of Electricity is called or not to trial for money laundering in the ODEBRECHT case.
Mosquera participates in the hearing by videoconference.
