The leader of the Adelante Ecuatoriano Adelante party, Alvaro Noboa, points out to electoral inconsistencies in the vote count for legislators.
“Through a mathematical and concrete analysis I have a grave suspicion of manipulation favorable to the assembly members of the government´s party, and with this the potential presence of an alleged fraud,” Noboa mentioned in a communiqué published Tuesday in a national newspaper.
