Alvaro Noboa: “SRI is the Gestapo in Ecuador”
This morning, businessman Alvaro Noboa gave an interview to Radio Cristal, reaffirming political persecution by the local government and the IRS against him.
Noboa based his complaint on the 2005 figures when this entity billed $700,136 to Dole, $39,500 to Chiquita, $14,219 to Reybanpac and 11,748 at Del Monte. While, Exportadora Bananera Noboa has been required to pay more than $ 95million for the payment of a gloss of $49’206.895,28 million, plus interest and penalties.

Noboa stressed that company Dole is the biggest exporter in Ecuador, beating exporter Bonita. Also, multinational Chiquita is one of the largest in the world.
Meanwhile, PRIAN Party leader reported the CNE signature forgery and called it as a cowardly tactic by the executive, to disqualify his candidacy.
“(…) If I don’t detect this on time, in the moment to register my candidature, they could tell me I cannot register in PRIAN because I am already affiliated to Alianza Pais.”
Also, the presidential candidate for the list 7 said that in his government, all Ecuadorians “will enjoy modern health services, social security of a first-world countey and protection against crime wherever they are.”
