Posted On 05 Dec 2011
The Superior Courthouse in London dictated on 05, December 2011; that Julian Assange, Founder of Wikileaks be sent to the Supreme Court to avoid his extradition to Sweden.
The judges qualified the case of the Australian as “public interest” hence it must be decided by the Supreme Court as soon as possible. Assange was questioned if he was happy with the verdict; his only reply was “yes.”
Gareth Peirce, the attorney of Assange informed that she has 14 days to present a formal request to the Supreme Court. Afterwards three of their judges would study the case. “If it is rejected it will be the end of the case.” (AV)
