The famous day is no longer a novelty and became a true shopping fair and began selling all kinds of goods, especially clothing and appliances in the stores of Guayaquil, emulating the practice of U.S. deals and discounts similar to the trade of last Friday in November each year.

The commercial activity dominated yesterday the Avenue 9 de Octubre, in Guayaquil downtown, where since 09:00, people searched shops with lists or newspaper ads in hand, they carried boxes with newly acquired appliances, and impellers of different businesses offering discounts of up to 60 % on selected merchandise was the atmosphere that was installed by Black Friday.

Even some businesses announced that their discounts were not finished yesterday, but to extend offers and other weekend until Tuesday, taking advantage of the Christmas atmosphere. Sales are also done online.
