Businessman Daniel Noboa is the new president of Ecuador
The candidates Daniel Noboa, of the National Democratic Alliance (ADN) movement, and Luisa González, of the Citizen Revolution, faced each other this October 15 in the second electoral round of the 2023 elections for the presidency of Ecuador.

The official results of the National Electoral Council (CNE) indicate that Noboa obtained 52.29% of the votes and Luisa González, of the Citizen Revolution, 47.71% with 90.9% of the valid minutes.

Luisa González Alcívar, candidate of the Citizen Revolution, recognized this Sunday, October 15 at 8:00 p.m., her defeat in the presidential elections. She congratulated those who did not vote for her, because she won the trend they chose.

He announced that after the statement he hoped to call the virtual president-elect Daniel Noboa.

González Alcívar exercised his right to vote at the Carlos Pomerio Zambrano Educational Unit at 08:00. She was accompanied by her partner on the ballot, Andrés Arauz; the prefect of Manabí, Leonardo Orlando, among other people.
